наверное, чтоб а) был в том же часовом поясе, б) был всегда доступен по телефону-мессенджеру, в) имел возможность хоть изредка встречаться лично.

нельзя забывать и всякие законодательные примочки в случае найма кого-то заграницей. налогообложение например - надо же как-то доказывать что деньги ушли за работу, а не в подарок родственнику. надо оформлять рабочие отношения. а если работник нанесет вред компании, украдет базу данных, разгласит конфеденциальную информацию и т.п. как его потом преследовать на территории другого государства?

это да... если что то украдут то преследовать похитителя надо через интерпол и т.п. А с учетом того как работает Российская милиция, Российские суды, т.п. - это пестня, нарушителя не найдут никогда... Несколько дней назад учавствовал в заседании, где судья прямым текстом сказал что ему на на все наши домыслы клать (даже с учетом того что наши домыслы основаны на ГОСТах и законах РФ), и он тут царь и бог... А милиция компьютеры в глаза не видела
ну а на счет налогов и прочего - это допольно просто все решается, могу вас точно сказать, т.к. есть знакомые работающие удаленно на забугорные компании (правда не на Канадские).

Похоже консультант нужен.
