Sales and Marketing Coordinator position position

У нас в компании открывается позиция Sales and Marketing Coordinator со следующими обязанностями:
- Provide general and administrative support for all members of the Sales and Marketing teams
- Arrange all sales related travel bookings
- Provide back-up administrative support for the Company’s executives, including vacation and sickness coverage for other executive assistants, as necessary
- Assist in monitoring sales & marketing budgets, including reconciliations of expenses and commissions, as necessary
- Organize and maintain both hard copy and soft copy file systems for all sales and marketing activities
- Manage and administer the Company’s CRM system, including follow-up with all sales personnel and executives to ensure complete and accurate content (contact lists, softcopies of all documents i.e., proposals, presentations, RFI responses, SOW, etc);
- Support the sales & marketing teams as an active team member wherever possible:
• Prepare templates for all out-going communication (letters, proposals, RFI responses, VIP letters, etc.) with standardized font types, sizes, spacing, etc.
• Develop and maintain approved formatting templates for all outgoing proposals, including a checklist to ensure standardized coverage and “inserts” of standardized materials (boilerplate text, graphics, etc.)
• Provide assistance, as necessary, to help sales personnel prepare and format proposal documents and other sales & marketing correspondence
• Develop templates and produce regular sales forecast & pipeline reports using CRM
• Prepare monthly usage reports for all subscription customers. Copy the OEM, if applicable, and all involved internal staff (sales and project team members)
• Develop and coordinate mailing campaigns (print & electronic)
• Develop and coordinate in-house Internet sales campaigns taking guidance from VP of Sales
• Organize sales & marketing events and process invitations (training, Webinars, site visits, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate participation in industry Trade Shows and Special events, including all shipping & handling logistics. Follow-up to ensure that all prospect information is input into the CRM system
• Participate in lead generation projects and provide follow-up support
• Prepare digital and printed material for sales, marketing & customer support
• Source suppliers & products for all promotional items and collateral
• Support all market research initiatives, including active participation as necessary
• Perform other sales & marketing support tasks as required
