Our top client, a world leader in its industry is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team.

In an office environment, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent support to their internal and external business customers.
- Answering clients inquiries
- Taking and processing orders
- Assisting with shipments and proper documents
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess:
Fluently Bilingual in French and English
- Logistics, manufacturing, exporting/importing or cross border shipping experience
- Post-Secondary education
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
