YOU NEED to HAVE
* University degree, or web design certification, and/or equivalent work experience
* 2-3 years work experience as a front-end web developer
* Expert knowledge of UI-based technologies, such as CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML, table-less design, and experience using JavaScript & PHP
* Expert knowledge of UI-based profiling and debugging tools (Firebug, Web Developer Tools, etc...)
* In-depth understanding and awareness of the disparate browser idiosyncrasies, CSS, W3C standards
* Experience with source/version control software
* Demonstrated understanding of user-centric design principles
* A strong understanding of digital interaction design & usability
* Design experience, including creating graphics in Photoshop, Fireworks
* Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of audience (both business and technical)
* Excellent time-management and organization skills

NICE TO HAVE
* Knowledge of SEO and/or accessibility principles
* Working knowledge of Mobile Browsers
* HTML5 experience
* Knowledge and understanding of digital Content Management Systems
