Continental Promotion Group is recruiting for a Telecom Analyst with strong background including call center experience. Responsible for all MAC work at 3 company locations. Support Nortel 81C PBX, Meridian Mail, Symposium, and Syntellect IVR. Regular interface with carrier for trouble tickets, orders and changes. Perform cable cross-connects and troubleshooting. Perform documentation of system and cable changes. Assist in a variety of project work as required. Must be available for after hours support as required. Minimum 5 years telecom experience, Nortel and Symposium experience preferred, VoIP experience a real plus. Must be motivated and willing to work in fast paced, environment.
