Уважаемые участники, кто-нибудь знает личнго недавние случаие или слышал как в Канаде происходит депортация? Как вообще это происходит?
Лично не сталкивался (к счастью), но закон говорит следующее:
Following an admissibility hearing, a member of the Immigration Division may issue a removal order, which requires the person named in it to leave the country within a specified time. There are three kinds of removal orders:
- Departure order.
The individual named in a departure order must leave Canada immediately. A departure order automatically becomes a deportation order when the individual named in it does not leave Canada within 30 days, or leaves Canada without obtaining a certificate of departure from CIC. Individuals who comply fully with a departure order do not need permission to return to Canada.
- Exclusion order.
An exclusion order bars the individual from entering Canada for either one or two years, unless given written permission by CIC to return to Canada.
- Deportation order.
A deportation order permanently bars the individual from entry to Canada, unless given written permission by CIC to return.
In all cases involving removal orders, the persons and their counsel are informed of the reasons for, and given a copy, of the orders.
Once a removal order has been issued, CIC carries out the removal as soon as possible. CIC can assign an escort if there is concern that the person in question will not obey the removal order. If the individual is considered very dangerous or a threat to the health or safety of other travellers, the RCMP or a medical officer may assist CIC in escorting him or her out of the country.
An officer or a member of the Immigration Division may include family members in a removal order unless they are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Family members included in a removal order do not need authorization to return to Canada. However, in some circumstances, family members have the right to be heard at the admissibility hearing before being included.

На самом деле все гораздо проще, на примере знакомых албанцев. Как и писала Тутта после вынесения отрицательного решения по refugee забрали паспорт, поставили сроки отъезда, в аэропорту отдали паспорт и бай-бай.

Refugee IMHO на 99,9% просто жулики, манипулирующие канадскими законами и глупостью, и чем больше их вышлют тем лучше.Alex76 wrote:Rebjatki a kto chto znaet pro refugee
Я повидал немало их тут и, к сожалению, ни одного НАСТОЯЩЕГО так и не встретил, кто НА САМОМ ДЕЛЕ преследовался властями.
Вова из Одессы занял у бандосов денег и не хотел отдавать, Генти из Албании сказал, что он коммунист и его там за это убьют, но кто такой Маркс в упор не знает, Карлос из Колумбии был спецом по взлому сигнализаций, а тут стал борцом за права индейцев, Андрюха из Узбекистана начухал канадцам, что всех русских так убивают и насилуют и под шумок сбежал и т.д. и т.п. Одни чудик тут из Боснии умудрился тикануть оттуда через 2 года после войны - типа сербы каждый день нападают, хотя жил в местности где сербов вырезали за 50 км. Могу рассказать несколько десятков подобных историй. Потому в refugee я верю как в снежного человека - где-то может и есть, но никто лично не встречал.

В том-то и дело, что в Канаде не нарушал, спал спокойно, имел лэнлвизу.Его бумаги потом проверяли, потому что приглашадл мать, и нашли что-то не впорядке в фамилии, вобщем, при заполнении были неточности в его собственноим файле. Я всегол не моуг знать, теперь его отправили аот так, ночью
Может девичья фамилия Чикатило была?
