Below are some details as to what they're looking for:

The Manager is looking for developers to do enhancements, development, and support. The keys to these roles are the following:

1. Access Management
2. Exposure or expereince to LDAP
3. Experience with Single Sign On
4. Experience with provisioning
5. Experience with Sun Access Manager / Identity Manager / Oracle Access Manager / and-or Oracle Identity Manager products is ideal and a strong asset.

Someone with all of these skills is hard to find. The Manager does have some give, if they're strong in some areas but not all. They also have to have strong documentation / coding skills. Because of the technical skill set required the client would take someone without banking / financial background. They can come from any industry.
