Я бы перечисляла по мере важности, а то первым делом идет кооп сразу думаешь, что свеже выпущенный студент.А вот если поменять местами, складывается мнение об опытном работнике

А я бы слово "кооп" вообще убрал бы.
Спросят - ответите.
А самому чего выпячивать-то лишний раз?

Russian ваш, естественно, тоже никому не нужен...
Разве что если компания нацелена каким-то образом на какой-то русскоязычный рынок...

Summary of Qualifications как-то растянуто.
К тому же какая-то информация слишком разнообразная.
Вы выберите себе цель и позицию, на которую хотите апплаиться.
Как по мне, сейчас это немножко выглядит как "возьмите менеджером, но если нет, то могу и в кастомер сервисе на звонки поотвечать".

Еще - непонятен текущий статус.
Последняя компания - это сейчас или уже дела прошедшие?
Что такое 2008 там, где положено быть двум датам?

For under $100, this person will be able to ensure that none of your resume sounds awkward to a native English speaker.
